The first thing to consider is the vendors. What kind of expo is it and, therefore, what kind of vendors will you want to contact to see if they want to participate? Once you have this figured out, the next step is to consider the size and scale of the event. How many vendors have you invited, and how many visitors can you expect? This will give you an idea of what kind of space you should be looking for; you want to find a sizable space to fit your anticipated guests and don’t forget to keep parking in mind as well.

One of the most important aspects will be planning out your financing – it is important to plan out your budget to the last detail so that things don’t get out of hand. Remember to budget for things like marketing, staff, catering, an exhibitor insurance plan, and various other important elements of your expo that will have to be covered.
